ABC Kids 2020 – This Show is Open for Business

We are hopeful that you are all safe and healthy and that all of our businesses will rebound in the months ahead.

Over the past few weeks we have been sending you helpful emails on health and wellness and where to seek financial assistance, if it is needed. We hope that you have been receiving these informative bits of information from us. You can also keep in touch with us through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as we are working to keep you informed of what is happening here at ABC and to get you helpful information that you can use during this time.  (If you have not received the emails, you may want to contact us with your preferred email address so that we can keep in touch).

We all look forward to getting back together soon and are hopeful that we will both be able to adapt positively to new challenges that come our way and find opportunities that arise from those challenges. 

With the thousands of event cancellations and postponements that have taken place throughout the world, we are starting to receive communications from a few of our event participants regarding whether or not ABC Kids will take place this fall. The answer at this point is yes. The event will take place as scheduled on September 9-11 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

In fact, the shows that have been postponed have or are looking to reschedule their events for this fall. This rescheduling has placed a lot of pressure on venues for dates and space. While ABC has secured dates and space for this fall, we need to make sure that we are holding the right amount of space to meet the needs of all of our exhibitor partners. As a result, we are asking for your help in determining that amount of space. We ask that all manufacturers that are planning to exhibit that have not already registered, to please do so now. There is no financial commitment necessary at this time.

If you would like to be able to select exhibit space now, we ask that the amount of the deposit be paid prior to space selection.

In the months and weeks prior to the event, we will evaluate the conditions in conjunction with national and local health officials to help make sure that all of our event participants stay safe, and onsite provide for any recommended or mandatory protocols or procedures that may be in effect during the time of the event. We will also advise if there are any changes to the event dates.

As we continue to plan for ABC this September, please know that the entire ABC team wishes you peace and good health, especially during this uncertain time, and we look forward to getting back together with you for an “industry reunion” this September!
